*The scene opens backstage once again, where the current newly-crowned WCW Television World champion, "The Next Big Thing" Brock Lesnar, is shown sitting on the bench in his locker room, looking at the camera, with his newly-won title belt up on the cupboard, and as most of the time, a look of intensity up on his face.*

"I have just gotten word via phone call that for some reason that no one knows, David Flair hasn't arrived yet, and does that mean he's not going to even arrive? Who knows? Personally, I hope he does, so I can start kicking his ass all over the place, but if not, that's alright, because I can always find another, bigger, quicker, much more worthier opponent than him, or even a less worthier opponent, but that's not the point. The point is, David Flair asked James J. Dillon for a Television World title shot, so Dillon said he'll give him a chance to prove himself first, and guess what? He's not even here! Is it the fact that his plane is running late is it? Or is it the fact that he's simply afraid of me? Does he regret asking Dillon for a match with the champion? Is it because he is afraid of 'The Next Big Thing' Brock Lesnar? That might very well be true, especially after what happened to him two weeks ago, or after he saw what I did with Teddy Hart, or even Devon Storm, but who knows? I hope that's not the case. I hope he'll arive and that he'll be more ready, more focused than ever before, because like I said, I want to beat him when he's fully concentrated, just like I did last time, but this time, I want to beat him much, much worse, so, yeah, I hope that he shows up tonight to receive his beating like a man and get what's coming to him."
*The champion takes a brief pause, almost as if he were thinking about something, and then continues to speak.*

"If not, if David Flair DOESN'T show up, then that proves one of two things - either he's a sissy or it's not his fault because he has flight issues, but knowing him, I think that by the time our match will be scheduled to start, he's going to be here long enough to cut promos and be over confident and thingyy, well, that's not how it works with me - yes, I may be confident, but I back up what I say one hundred percent. When I say that I'm the best at this sport, that I'm the best at what I do, unlike David Flair, who comes out here each and every week and doesn't even know what the hell he's even talking about. I'm not like that. I back up every single little thing that I say and to my fans, doubters, haters, whatever, be assured that tonight will be no different, be assured that tonight, I'm going to back up my mouth in that ring, whether it will be against David Flair or anybody else, but I will, and that's a promise... Be assured that tonight, I will BEAT anybody that steps into MY ring, be assured that tonight, 'The Next Big Thing' will walk out victorious, with the WCW Television World title proudly on his shoulder, and you can sure as hell be assured that 'The Next Big Thing' Brock Lesnar will be YOUR WCW Television World champion for a LONG, long time to come! You can bet your ass on that."
*You can hear the crowd cheering as the scene fades to a commercial break for Battle Bowl, zooming into the face of the champion and "The Next Big Thing" Brock Lesnar.*
