-|After a brief commercial break, WCW Saturday Night comes back as the scene opens up in the backstage area. There, we see Jeremy Borash standing there with a microphone. He begins to talk as the camera begins to pan back.|-
Ladies and gentlemen, tonight has been a great night for WCW's presentation of Saturday Night as the fans are promised with a great card, and a Television title tournament is set to begin NEXT WEEK as we see 16 of WCW's finest compete for the strap. But more importantly, standing next to me is a rising star on the wrestling scene. He was lucky enough to be born into one of the greatest wrestling families of all time. Yes ladies and gentlemen, next to me is young Teddy Hart!
-|The camera finally stops zooming out to reveal that Teddy Hart is in fact standing there. He's wearing his casual wear as Borash continues to speak.|-
Now Teddy, I can't help myself but to ask this, but are the rumors true that Bret... the Hitman himself is returning to WCW?
-|Teddy's face goes from one filled with happiness to one filled with anger.|-
What the hell do I look like Jeremy? Bret's friggin' spokesperson? No, I'm his nephew for Christ's sake! How the hell would I know if he is or not? I never see him any more. Ever since he moved to Italy and married that floozy, we never hear from him.
You never hear from your uncle?
No I don't! And to tell you the truth, I'm glad that I don't. You see Jeremy, right now, it's all about me. Me being here right now is going to be highlight of everyone's Saturday night. I can see all the folks at home, sitting around the kitchen table, eating their supper watching this very fine program, and once they see me on their television, the mom and the teen aged daughter both choke because they know what I am capable of!
Jeremy, I am the future of professional wrestling, and I am getting sick and d**n tired of people wanting to talk about my family or if I'll be able to overcome my uncles' shadows. I don't care about them. The only one that cared for me was Uncle Owen, and you know where he's at now? My point exactly. You see this "OH" on the band of my $1,000 watch? It's there to remind me that someone can die doing something that they love and rarely get rewarded for it. Is it worth it? Hell yeah, to an extent.
I have a very promising future ahead of me. A future of gold, money, and women. Something that you apparently haven't gotten Jeremy, because if you did, you sure as hell wouldn't be grabbing the mic as if you where doing something nasty to yourself!
But enough of that already! Jeremy, I don't get sick and tired of a lot of things, but right now, I'm fed up with being compared to Bret. "Bret didn't do that!" "Bret didn't do it that way!" "Go watch tapes of your uncle, he knew how to wrestle!" Well screw you all if you think I'm the next Bret Hart. Well guess what? I'm not! I'm the next Teddy Hart, the one and only! All you guys wanna be me whereas all the gals wanna do me, something that Uncle Bret couldn't say.
What these supposed "fans" don't understand is that I put my life on the line for them every night. And do I get the recognition that I rightfully deserve? No, I STILL get compared to Bret! Now I know what Uncle Owen feels. That's the only good outcome out of his untimely death, he escaped what I am currently going through, the pain of being in the shadow of "a true wrestling legend."
Well Jeremy, I'm gonna cut my own path to become a legend in this sport! I'm gonna be better then Uncle Bret, I'm gonna be just like Uncle Owen, the best son Grandpa Stu ever had! But not only that, the greatest wrestler of the Hart family, second only to me. That's why I took up his old moniker, the "King of Harts," because I am the best d**n talent in my family!
I'm a third generation superstar Jeremy, now don't forget that! Does that mean that I'll rely on my namesake to get me out of sticky situations? No, that means that I have inherited two generations worth of greatness to make me the best there is, the best there was, and the best that will ever will be!
